Why we collect it

We process your data to verify that you are aged 18 or older, maintain your virtual Solstice Shards wallet and Stonehenge Status across sessions, honour any self-exclusion or break timers you set, and respond to support enquiries.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with strictly vetted UK/EU hosting infrastructure providers under binding Data Processing Agreements, or where required by applicable UK law.

How long we keep it

Active account profiles are retained for the duration of your membership. If you close your account or remain inactive for 24 consecutive months, your personal profile is permanently deleted or anonymized, except where a self-exclusion record must be retained to prevent re-registration during an active exclusion window.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access a copy of your personal data, request rectification of inaccurate fields, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser `localStorage` keys alongside Google Consent Mode v2. Full details of every storage key and interactive preference controls are available on our Cookie Policy page.

Security

All traffic on Stonehenge Play Hub is encrypted via 256-bit TLS/SSL, and account passwords are hashed using salted `password_hash` algorithms.
